Because the majority of our products are made to order, payment is not made at the time the order is placed.  Once an order has been received, we will be in contact with a final invoice (which will include postage*) and payment details along with an estimate on completion time.

* Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  The buyer is responsible to check with the destination country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.  If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
